§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, executing sales agreements, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
§2. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed via the contact form available on the website: hcm.net.pl.
To place an order, it is necessary to have an active e-mail address and a phone number.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
§3. Prices and Payments
Product prices are not published on the store’s website. Price information is provided individually in response to an inquiry regarding a specific product.
The prices provided to the customer are net prices and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN), unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
After agreeing on the order details, the customer may make payment in the form of:
- bank transfer,
- online payment (if available).
§4. Delivery
Orders are fulfilled within Poland and within the European Union after prior arrangement of details with the customer.
The delivery cost and the total order cost are provided to the customer during an individual quotation prepared after contacting the store.
The order fulfillment time is determined individually and depends on the order volume and product availability.
§5. Withdrawal from the Contract
The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days applies exclusively to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
In the case of Customers who are entrepreneurs for whom the concluded contract is of a professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity disclosed in CEIDG or KRS, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
An entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
§6. Complaints
If a product defect is found, the customer has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: biuro@hcm.net.pl.
The complaint should include a description of the defect and data enabling identification of the order.
The store will review the complaint and respond within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
§7. Personal Data
The administrator of customers’ personal data is HCM CIVIL LAW PARTNERSHIP.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of handling inquiries, preparing offers, and fulfilling orders.

§8. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The store reserves the right to introduce changes to these Terms and Conditions. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication on the website.
