Custom-shaped Fullprint pillow

This personalized pillow with sublimation printing is produced in a custom shape based on the design provided by the client. The contour of the product follows the outline of the graphic or the prepared technical cutting line according to the production file specifications. Printing is carried out based on the client’s complete design, without limitations regarding color range, tonal gradients, or surface coverage.

The product is printed on both sides. The reverse side may contain the same graphic, an alternative version of the design, or a solid color background matching the main design – according to the order specifications.

A white fabric margin is typically left around the printed area. This helps ensure precise stitching of the elements and provides a clean and aesthetic finish for the final pillow. The width of this margin is adjusted depending on the size and shape of the product.

The print is applied using sublimation technology, which ensures a permanent bond between the dye and the polyester fibers. The print is not noticeable to the touch, resistant to abrasion, and does not crack during use. This method allows precise reproduction of details, vivid colors, and smooth tonal transitions.

Production time depends on the order quantity and the complexity of the design. The production schedule is determined individually after a sample has been prepared and approved by the client.
